Companion Care (Salisbury) Ltd operates under the Vets for Pets brand and is based inside a Pets at Home store. The clinic lists in-house diagnostics (digital X‑ray, ultrasound, lab) and a surgical operating theatre with gaseous anaesthetic, suggesting it’s set up for both routine care and procedures. Recent reviews include a detailed account of end-of-life support (including keepsakes such as a paw print and hair clippings) and another describing a weekend injury follow-up where the vet discussed options and ultimately avoided surgery when the problem had largely resolved.

Our beloved Jack Russel Toby died recently, it was very sudden and unexpected. The vet did all she could to save him, but unfortunately he passed. The staff were so loving, kind and compassionate. We were given a paw print and little glass jar with some of his hair clippings. I could not speak more highly of them and the level of care they provided us with at this sad time.

My dog Jack tore his dew claw at the weekend and everything from my first call to the vets on Monday to seeing Roxanne yesterday and Agata today was first class. Jack is a nervous boy at the best of times being a rescue dog but the genuine care and advice on options was great. Although an operation was booked in when we arrived on the morning of the operation the issue had all but resolved itself. Agata checked him out, clipped other claws (not easy on a dog that thinks he’s Houdini) and I’m sure this was with help of other team member in the back room. Laura was on reception on both of my visits and could not have been more helpful. At all times I felt that both Jack and myself were really well looked after & I was 100% confident in the care and advice given Thank you so much . Jack is chilling at the moment but is popping to the shop later to get a little treat for you all. x
