Been using for years but latest use! More interested in getting money for a blood test that isn't a legal requirement for brucella it's an advisory from the government! And told can't do certain blood tests or checks without it! I'm ok to pay for the test but have to wait for results before they will proceed but meanwhile my dog is not eating and and hasn't for 3 to four days!! No thought for the welfare of my pet at all! Will take our three dogs elsewhere and cancel our pet plan with them as well l!!!

We had to get an emergency appointment for one of these furbabies the one on the left Storm and we could not fault them, very friendly, understanding, kindness, received an appointment promply when I explained what was wrong with him and he is now thanks to them back to his normal self, I will also point out they dont tell you that you need this or that doing to make the cost high not that that is an issue when it comes to your pets, it just shows they are there to look after and make your pets well without the un needed costs.
